The College of Business was established at SFA in 1968. Prior to this Business was the largest department at SFA accounting for 20 percent of the entire student population. On April 29, 2002 the college was officially named The Nelson Rusche College of Business.
As of 2011 the College was home to the Gerald W. Schief School of Accountancy, the Department of Computer Science, the Department of Economics and Finance, the Department of General Business, and the Department of Management, Marketing and International Business.
Scope and Contents: The majority of this collection consists of self-evaluation reports for reaccreditation with the American Assembly of Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). There are also some files on councils that the college participated or provided.
