The Center for Digital Scholarship (CDS) offers support to the SFA community in the development and creation of digital information. The main offices are located on the second floor of Steen Library, in addition to a Workroom on the first floor behind Infolab 1.

SERVICES
The Center for Digital Scholarship (CDS) offers support and assistance to faculty, students and community members in the development and creation of digital information. These services are offered to the SFA Community at no cost if the information is to be used for educational purposes. The CDS is located on the first and second floors of the library. Interested parties are encouraged to contact the CDS at cds@sfasu.edu or visit Library Room 107 for consultation.

Digitization
The CDS digital lab and its staff can digitize a variety of paper-based items and other physical formats.
Multimedia Conversion
A variety of analog formats are capable of being digitized and converted within the lab, including audio cassettes, VHS, and miniDV.
Project Collaboration
The CDS collaborates in the planning, design and development of projects with SFA faculty and students and the local community.
